Soothe ‘N Heal is an all-natural, all-purpose topical balm. Unlike chemical ointments such as Neosporin, Soothe ‘N Heal uses potent plant ingredients to fight germs and aid healing. These divine natural compounds do many things that modern antibiotic products can not do. They have been shown to kill antibiotic resistant “superbugs,” as well as viruses and fungi. They actually increase cell division and collagen production in the skin, which dramatically speeds wound healing. As a bonus, while they are doing such amazing work they also reduce scarring, pain, inflammation, and itching. - Helichrysum: This liquid gold is the most powerful ingredient in this balm (and by far the most expensive, which is why it is not included in any other balm out there). But we would never leave it out because it makes so much difference in healing! Helichrysum is a POWERFUL tissue regenerator and scar reducer, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial/viral/fungal. For all these reasons it is especially useful for burns, bruises, and sprains.
- Organic Comfrey: Comfrey is another powerhouse in our formula. It was historically known as “bone-knit,” because it stimulates new cell growth in skin and bones, seals wounds, and stops bleeding. You will find other balms that contain just comfrey, but none contain all these other synergistic ingredients that make this formula so powerful.
- Organic Calendula: Calendula is wonderful for skin! It increases collagen production for skin healing and scar reduction, soothes as an anti-inflammatory, and is also anti-bacterial/viral/fungal and an antioxidant.
- Palo Santo: Most people have not heard of this wonderful ingredient, so if you are wondering what it is, we’ll tell you. It is an unusual essential oil because it is extracted from the actual wood of the tree. It is skin healing, anti-aging, anti-cancer, and reduces muscle pain and spasms.
- Tea Tree: This famous essential oil is a tissue regenerator and a potent anti-bacterial/viral/fungal that kills just about every microbe from toenail fungus to MRSA.
- Lavender: Lavender is a herb well associated with skin healing. It is scar reducing, soothing as an anti-inflammatory, and like all of these wonderful plants, anti-bacterial/viral/fungal.
- Rosemary: We use two forms of Rosemary in our formula. Rosemary Verbenone is a skin healing form that regenerates tissue, promotes circulation, and reduces pain. Rosemary CO2 extract is a antioxidant more powerful than Vitamin E, and acts as a natural preservative
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Extra virgin olive oil acts as the soothing base of our balm. It has the added benefits of being anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antioxidant, and moisturizing.
- Organic Beeswax: We love this wonderful skin protector that is also anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial/viral/fungal.
