I am thrilled for the chance to get to meet, teach, and interact with you at this retreat! I’ll be alongside you every step of the way, teaching, answering questions, making new friends, and keeping everything running so you have the best experience possible!

One of the amazing teachers coming to the retreat is our yoga instructor, Anna Molgard. Anna is a wife and the mother of three. She is also an amazing musician, composer, and poetess. Anna trained at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and is accredited with IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapy). Having studied yoga to address her own health concerns, she has particular interest in the therapeutic benefits of yoga and helping people one on one to find healing. In addition to our group yoga and meditation classes, Anna will be available for private sessions for those who would like individualized therapy for personal health challenges, pain, or deep relaxation. I can guarantee that Anna’s contribution is one of the things that will make this retreat life-changing for you. In addition to her extensive yoga training, Anna brings a calm influence and an insightfulness to our retreat that is indispensable. At our last retreat Anna got overrun with people asking for personal sessions. Once you meet her you will see why. Her deep, intuitive healing gifts will bless your life.

Roxene Z. Bates is a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine, certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, a Licensed Acupuncturist in Utah and California and is an AcuDetox Specialist certified through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.  She received her medical training from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her internships included the Disney Cancer Center, Venice Family Clinic, Being Alive HIV Clinic, AcuDetox Centers and clinical rounds at Emperor’s Acupuncture Clinic. A native of Cache Valley, Roxene is an avid skier, snowboarder, flight instructor and retired airline captain.
